The RN there, Janelle, is partially to blame for my wife’s passing away. My wife had scoliosis and had a complete cage with rods/screws put into her back down to her waist 5 years ago in Oahu. These folks don’t care at all. If you’re in pain before an appointment they won’t refill medication. Completely horrible pain control. Go anywhere but here. It’s beyond ridiculous.

Very poor service and understanding of a disabled veterans needs AND desires. They will pressure you heavily to take shots that don’t work. Seek care elsewhere.

My experience is that, the staff is exceptionally kind, the nurses are remarkably helpful and patient. I like that they asked me questions and they showed genuine concern for me. They made me feel like they are attentively listening to me. I didn't feel pressured to do or take anything and they had effective solutions and medications. Mahalo, Big Island Pain Center for helping me have a break from pain, and gifting me with rest again. It's been so many years of suffering and I'm now reclaiming my life back in many ways.

Used to be a good place. They try and tell you how much pain your in, they're always right and you're always wrong. There very good at belittling you, and being dismissive of your feelings. Find another place at all cost.
