He had been prescribing low grade pain medication for a chronic condition and referred my to this pain clinic before he left. First thing they did was have me urinate in a container, then told me I would have to drive to Hilo (1 & 1/2 hours away) every 28 days to take a piss test and have an appointment just to recieve the medication I was already recieving. These folks don’t care at all. If you’re in pain before an appointment they won’t refill medication. Completely horrible pain control. Go anywhere but here. It’s beyond ridiculous.

Very poor service and understanding of a disabled veterans needs AND desires. They will pressure you heavily to take shots that don’t work. Seek care elsewhere.
