I have read the reviews and a couple of them were pretty harsh. I've been seeing Phillip for a few years now and although he may not seem to be the friendliest person but it is obvious to me that this man knows what he is doing. Worst customer care ever! Waited almost 10mins and no one else was even there. The doctor didn’t even introduce himself, no welcome, no nothing. Flipped open my dad’s folder (all 3 pages) and pulls out a photo copy of a brace recommended by Kaiser but he didn’t support. Pulls out a box of old casts that were falling all over the place that that wouldn’t even fit my dad anyway. The dr was irritated with my questions and not just accepting his word as knowing all.
