Worst customer care ever! Waited almost 10mins and no one else was even there. The doctor didn’t even introduce himself, no welcome, no nothing. Flipped open my dad’s folder (all 3 pages) and pulls out a photo copy of a brace recommended by Kaiser but he didn’t support. After a Physician referral for advice on a orthopedic brace, I sought only a recommendation for the appropriate type of brace for knees diagnosed with Tricompartmental OA. I am experiencing major wobbling and sustaining further injuries with collapse of knee function without braces.
