i have a completely feral cat that decided to move into my garage a few years ago. he lets me feed him but touching him is out of the question. i noticed he was drooling heavily and having trouble chewing his hard food. i knew he needed a vet but catching him was going to be a disaster. i called the clinic and spoke with Jennifer about my options. they actually helped me figure out how to safely trap him without causing a panic. i brought the trap to the clinic and warned them he was going to be aggressive. Alexis the vet as... read more

We had a really scary situation late one night when our puppy swallowed something he should not have. Panic set in immediately because most places were closed and i had no idea what to do. It was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was life threatening. We utilized their after hours telehealth triage service and it was an absolute blessing. The vet on the video call was so comforting and calmly assessed the situation to determine if it was a critical emergency. They guided me through monitoring him until morning which kep... read more

My cat started having weird episodes where she would just fall over and act dizzy. It was weird to watch. I managed to get her in the carrier and brought her to the Kino'ole street clinic. They took us into an exam room pretty quickly. Dr. Ansari asked a lot of questions about when the episodes were happening and what her diet was like. They decided to run a full diagnostic panel using their in house lab. Having the machines right there in the clinic is a nice feature since we didn't have to wait days for a call. We got the ... read more

We woke up at 2 AM because our puppy was throwing up non stop. I didn't know if we needed to rush somewhere or just wait it out. I used the VetTriage video service from their website since the clinic was closed. The vet on the video call looked at his gums through my phone camera and asked a bunch of questions about his diet. They told us how to monitor him and said we could wait for regular hours instead of driving to an ER. He was totally fine by morning. saved us a huge bill.

getting my two large dogs to a clinic is a two person job that usually ends in scratches. booking a house call was probably the smartest thing I have done for them. The team rolled up to our driveway and just sat in the grass with the dogs. They got their wellness exams and vaccines while chewing on sticks. no sliding around on tile floors or barking at other animals in a waiting room. Very easy process and the price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. i will just do this every year now.
