This is the lowest quality granite out there. Manufactured in China. The granite we purchased was filled in many places. It started to crumble as soon as it was installed. This company doesn’t stand behind their product. When it’s loaded it’s yours and don’t bother them again. I would have been better off, going to a more expensive place that does the installation to, and stands behind their work! I had a great experience here. Rachel was very helpful and their prices are reasonable. She allowed me to choose my own panels and all I can say is I’m very thankful and a satisfied customer.
I had an awful experience at Big Island Granite. At the end of December 2017, I bought some granite from a competitor. I needed some epoxy and tint and went to Big Island Granite as they had it in stock. I purchased the epoxy and a package of 8 multi-colored tint tubes. The colors were indicated on the outside of the package. It was expensive but worth the money for the perfect look for the counters in my house.
