I really dislike getting endoscopies, but the folks here made it a lot better than it ever has been. I recommend. After some bad experiences with it at other clinics, they were very understanding and patient with my fear and made me feel comfortable. There is a separate $200 fee for anesthesia, but it was worth it since they use the good stuff that feels nice and that you recover from quickly rather than the usual anesthesia for these procedures. Absolutely awesome experience getting a colonoscopy....if there's such a thing!! The staff are so caring and an absolute joy! So glad I didn't go to Oahu to get it done! Support locally owned businesses!!
its easy to show up for a colonoscopy irritated and hungry which can set the tone, but the staff there were really wonderful. I had the unfortunate experience of the area get hit by a rolling blackout which pushed back procedures about an hour or so, but the staff are so well trained things rolled smoothly and streamlined quickly. Very friendly. I get cold so they immediately brought latex gloves filled with hot water, warm hands she called it so cute. The doctor spoke to me 3 times throughout and never made me feel rushed a... read more
