I had a fender bender with a car I rented from an individual and needed to get it fixed before returning the car. Mike Christensen was so helpful from the estimate appointment to working everything out with my insurance company to delivering the car by the date it was needed. Mike kept me informed throughout and was very responsive to my emails. Hopefully, I never need to have body work done while in Hawaii again, but I would definitely go back to Big Island Collision if I did.
The whole crew, Mike and the others, did a great job putting my wrecked car back together! It looks and drives like new...I couldn't be happier! Thanks, folks!!!
