We were interested in replacing our home air conditioning units after 28 years and sent a request to Mitsubishi who indicated they would have an authorized contractor contact us. Big Island AC contacted us a day later and we scheduled a time to meet to allow BIAC to scope the project and provide us with a quote. During the visit we discussed our concerns of possibly having to cut open the ceiling as we were also interested in replacing our central air system and the air handler was in the ceiling.
