Big Island AC Service is an excellent family-run business, which gets the job done in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. What I loved about the whole experience was interacting with the very knowledgeable owner Jonathon, his son Jase and lovely wife Irene! I have now used Big Island AC on 6 different jobs and they are excellent. Their bids are competitive, their work is first rate and they go above and beyond to help trouble shoot and provide temporary solutions for my tenants as we wait for parts to arrive. They are a client first company and strive to take good care and perform quality work. I also use the for regular servicing and maintenance as well as new installations. Highly recommend.
