The father son team cant be beat. They came to my house in February did the acessmemt and provided estimates for possible units to be installed. Jonathan was very easy to talk to and they responded to all my texts and emails. I eventually installed 2 bedroom units and they came and installed on a Saturday for me so i didnt loose a days pay and had the electrician there to hook up both units..They were very respectful, clean and when they were done you would have never known they were there. Big Island AC Service is an excellent family-run business, which gets the job done in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. I have now used Big Island AC on 6 different jobs and they are excellent. Their bids are competitive, their work is first rate and they go above and beyond to help trouble shoot and provide temporary solutions for my tenants as we wait for parts to arrive. They are a client first company and strive to take good care and perform quality work. I also use the for regular servicing and maintenance as well as new installations. Highly recommend.
Jonathan and his crew are friendly, professional, and did a great job installing the mini-split system for our house. Highly recommend!
