Terrible customer service.
We purchased a wood and a gas fireplace insert including chimney liners. The installers were very professional and took great pride in their work. They were able to schedule work to accommodate our schedule. The inserts work well. We've enjoyed both products. The owners are very knowledgeable about their products and were able to advise us on the appropriate make and model for our needs. I'd recommend Bighorn Stove & Spa for anyone needing to replace an existing fireplace insert.
Do not buy anything from these people. They have horrible customer service as well as don’t care if they sell you anything that doesn’t work a year or two later.ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR OWN POCKETS - do not buy here
Called to see about wood burning insert for my fireplace, man who answered was extremely rude and snappy Won't spend my money here.
