Used the ATM
I called the bank and had them not allow overdraft as I was switching main accounts due to moving, instead they allowed a payment I hadn't switched yet to go through two weeks later causing an overdraft fee and they would not remove the fee even though they told me the account would not be overdrafted. It's risky business to do business with a bank, especially big horn federal. STAY AWAY!!!
I wouldn't recommend banking there . They have no idea what they are doing. Tried doing wire transfer signed a paper teller said it wouldbeahr max . Info wasn't relayed to co-workers so when I called back they said that it takes hrs usually within the same day I wasn't aware of this or I would have sent money another way they had no idea where my money was I was over this.
