I have banked here since 2008 and since hiring all new people I have never felt less like a customer.. strongly considering moving banks since they don’t make you feel welcome at all with bringing your money to them, 10-20 minute wait times in the drive thru with no teller.. if you have a drive thru maybe hire someone to work it.. and maybe have people act like they care about what they do instead of having an attitude all the time
Great bank with personal service.
App sucks and their always having problems with their online banking and certain parts of the banking staff not mentioning any names need to re-evaluate their line of work because if you do not have great customer service then i am sorry to say that this is not the job for you.
