Jake at Big Horn Design is an absolute champion, from helping me insulate our cabin to electrical work he has been incredibly helpful in all aspects of our home repair to home improvement. He has gone above and beyond for fixing any mistakes or problems that arose. The communication and planning from him has also been top notch and makes everything easier and well planned out.
Jake and team did a fantastic job on staining our home, decks, and reinforcing our aging exterior stairs. The house looks brand new! He was great at communicating with us through the process, his pricing was fair, and the work was excellent. We'll definitely use the company for any future projects.
I’ve been so impressed with Jake, and look forward to more home projects in the near future! It has been such a relief to have the excellent communication and quality control his locally owned company provided throughout some major exterior improvements and kitchen updating, including an upcoming roof replacement. The work was meticulous, makes it feel like a brand new house!
We subcontract to Jake often and he is a breath of fresh air with how organized and detail oriented he is. He is always on top of the schedule and letting us know far in advance when he will need us. Plus he is always forthcoming and prepared with info on what we are doing! As a subcontractor I can attest that Jake is one of the rare ones!!!
