Terrible management staff
Don't trust this apartment or trybe property management. Fire code violations throughout. There's good people that have lived in that building for years that they are taking advantage of. Multiple residents reported moving out at end of their lease. Been multiple weeks without fire extinguishers replaced. Trybe will try their hardest to get this review removed since they would rather invest more in their own public appearance than they would in their residents well-being.
To say the customer service is lacking is an understatement. As a tenant never be afraid to hold your landlord accountable to the contract they signed. Do your own research on what the laws and local building codes (including plumbing) are. If your landlord is not upholding their end of the contract with regard to performing repairs in a timely manner do not hesitate to get Clear Creek County Court involved.
