This apartment building is sort of a dump. The people can be friendly but there are some that leave trash and even dog shit INSIDE the building. It even has little cockroach friends to hangout with. They've yet to handle it with a real exterminator, just a contractor that bought traps from home depot. Customer service is a joke. You wait a week at least to get a lackluster response and no resolution of the issue itself. Avoid this place.

Don't trust this apartment or trybe property management. Fire code violations throughout. There's good people that have lived in that building for years that they are taking advantage of. Multiple residents reported moving out at end of their lease. Been multiple weeks without fire extinguishers replaced. Trybe will try their hardest to get this review removed since they would rather invest more in their own public appearance than they would in their residents well-being.

To say the customer service is lacking is an understatement. As a tenant never be afraid to hold your landlord accountable to the contract they signed. Do your own research on what the laws and local building codes (including plumbing) are. If your landlord is not upholding their end of the contract with regard to performing repairs in a timely manner do not hesitate to get Clear Creek County Court involved.
