I recently took a continuing education course that Sharron Eastman taught on home equity conversion mortgages (reverse mortgage). Sharron was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate using this unique tool to meet her client's goals. Her extensive experience and examples of how she's been able to help improve the quality of life of so many excites me to have her as a resource for my client's needs!
I have not had Sharron Eastman's help with financing (though I did inquire, but we couldn't make a reverse mortgage work given my circumstances) but I did attend one of her classes. As a real estate agent, one has to fulfill 21 credits of continuing education every two years, and it so happens, for one of those classes Sharron was our instructor.
