I left a bad review a while ago & it appears to have been removed. I explained what my dad’s care needs were in terms of hours & I was told no problem. This company charges double what they pay their staff. Most workers take the bus & they don’t pay travel time, so nobody wanted to fill shorter shifts. My dad was funded through ICBC, so they were pushing to get more hours approved even though he didn’t need it. I believe the schedulers name is Vishnu.
