This place does look like it would be a nice place for my disable step daughter BUT I have call Numerous? Times and left messages for weeks and weeks and so has my mom to try to get someone to call me back and still to this day no phone call back.If they really cared someone would call back. I just dont understand how you can run a group home with disabled people.And then you have someone calling to try to get your disabled family member in there and you cannot return any phone calls. Big Heart Group Home is one big family where staff truly cares about their residents. I would highly recommend this place knowing your loved one is in great hands. The environment is safe and relaxing and residents can learn and grow to becoming their best selves.
