Had an amazing heart healing retreat day with Aleka and her horses. We spent time healing and interacting with the horses, journaling, and painting. Can't wait to reconnect with the horses again. Such a good experience.
Amazing experience with Aleka and the horses! I have always been sceptical of the connected nature of horses but this experience blew me out of the water. Created a deeper understanding of myself and emotions through the work with these beautiful creatures! Would highly recommend!
I love attending sessions at big heart! Aleka is so passionate and informative. I love how being in the sessions allows me to feel present in my busy life. I've learned a lot about myself and my anxiety and how to manage it. The horses are beautiful, friendly and patient. I used to be afraid of horses until I attended sessions at Big Heart! Thanks so much Aleka! If you are looking for help, self-care or just a great experience I would definitely reccomend attending a session or workshop with Aleka at Big Heart Equestrian!!
