Terrible customer service, i pulled in there was one technician standing outside on his phone got out of my car and he walked inside somewhere stood outside , no one ever came outside
The shop promised a free balance with every tire purchase. After the installation the car vibrated badly, and the technician said the balance was fine. We drove back and the same issue persisted; they ignored our calls and gave no follow‑up, leaving us stuck with an unbalanced tire.
We paid for a tire replacement and were told the new tires would be on the car within an hour. After waiting two hours the shop claimed the tires were “still being prepped” and finally handed us a set that had scuffed sidewalls. When we pointed it out they said it was “minor” and refused any adjustment.
Good tire and good tire price. Just would not get a alignment here. Mine was not that bad from the start. Just had my inner and outer tie rods replaced. So I needed one. But after they did it. Now my car pulls to the left.
