Super friendly. Explained his process and rates before setting up the appointment to see why our truck wasn't recognizing when the rig was hooked up. Methodical step by step troubleshooting. 1.5 hours of labor and $62 in parts and we're ready to hit the road again. Great job!

We were packing up our campsite and getting ready to move on and realized our hydraulic system had failed. We couldn’t get our slides in and stabilizing jacks weren’t working either. Big Guy RV was great to work with. Had a slide that wouldn’t open. He got it fixed promptly and diagnosed wear on a second slide. He was available to work with or trip schedules and worked with the pathetic extended warranty company to get everything covered and fixed. Will definitely be using him in the future as repairs are needed.
Jeremy has been outstanding. He knows exactly how to repair everything on my RV. He replaced the slide out and rebuilt the supports for it. Another incompetent RV repairman damaged my gutter rails trying to get the awning off to replace it, and Jeremy ordered a new gutter and replaced the awning. He also rebuilt the carburetor in the generator. He's a true expert and a great businessman.
