Jeremy has been outstanding. He knows exactly how to repair everything on my RV. He replaced the slide out and rebuilt the supports for it. Another incompetent RV repairman damaged my gutter rails trying to get the awning off to replace it, and Jeremy ordered a new gutter and replaced the awning. He also rebuilt the carburetor in the generator. He's a true expert and a great businessman.
Spent 30min walking me through a repair on the phone. Really appreciate all the help!
Glad we found the big guy, Jeremy! 2022 Imgaine and our single slide failed. Went in under warranty last year and they replaced a motor. However they failed to see that the system was not completely in alignment, therefore causing more issues. Worked first after the repair but gradually got worse. Basically my system started to eat itself (tracks started shredding) and our slide failed. Long story short, Jeremy came out and diagnosed the issue rather quickly and with no fee. We were traveling through Colorado to Utah and our AC/Heat unit went out. I called Jeremy, and he came out same day to check the unit (which was bad). He ordered a new unit (one day delivery), and installed it the next morning. Jeremy worked me in to his already busy schedule and installed the unit at 7am because we were headed west and had planned to leave at 9am. Thanks to his best efforts, we have a new unit and we hit the road on time.
The water heater on our travel trailer went out. We were in Lamar co and coming to Loveland. I called and spoke to Jeremy he said he would do his best to come to our campsite and diagnosis the problem. But he explained to me the easiest and quickest solution that I could try on my own. It turned out to be the thermo cupplier and I was able to pick on unfortunately a few dollars at a dealership 3 mile away.
