On the way to my niece’s birthday party, our car experienced what I now know was a failure of the water pump and the associated belt broke. I highly recommend taking your car to Big Guy Auto for any repairs. The guys here are very nice, and they are also very affordable. In addition to that, as a woman, I definitely feel comfortable taking my car here as they are very respectful and honest.
Did the brake lines on my old Silverado, did an absolute awesome job. Super trust worthy and crystal clear communication when working on your vehicle.
Worst service yet in 20 years of having multiple vehicles. Would encourage everyone considering work for work their vehicle to look elsewhere. Luckily, there are multiple professional mechanics nearby otherwise. To reiterate after the shop's reply... I would highly encourage anyone looking for work to avoid this shop. The initial information provided to me is directly at odds with what is being claimed here. Anyone shopping around for a mechanic and is curious is happy to contact me directly for clarification.
