Hired Grant to build a privacy fence and remodel a bathroom. The tile work in the bathroom looks great but he failed to finish the rest. I paid him 80% upfront to buy the supplies. The vanity top he purchased and didn’t install wasn’t even the correct size. I had to purchase a new one and have installed. The privacy fence was never completed. He failed to add the decorative top that I paid for. He also only used 2 support boards instead of 3 so my fence is flimsy af. The gates he installed and not straight and sag badly.
I've used Grant twice for 2 different jobs and not only is he professional in his work ethics, his prices given for the work are very fair. I will use him and I just referred him to co-workers in my office for work needed in their homes.
