Since North Central Cyclery closed down (and due to the mixed reviews about the place in Sycamore) I've been driving out to Batavia to get my mountain bike serviced. I hadn't heard of Big Greg's, but decided to try it based on the reviews--so glad I did. Greg got my bike fixed up quickly (same day) and the price was very reasonable. Saved me a lot of driving time too. Highly recommend taking your bikes here.
Awesome guy! Been trying to many things to fix my electric bikes tire. This guy figures it out in under 5 seconds! Small things go a long way!!!
Nice experience. Was pleased to find someone open on a Sunday to repair non-working back breaks. Gears not switching well on the ride over so had a tune-up done. Work was well done and Greg was lovely. Would employ him again.
