I have been attending judo at BGD for 4 months now, and i am thankful daily. I struggle with mental illness, and at the time i started i I was struggling to get out of the house. Coach Earl Wright, the judo coach, was immediately engaging and drew me out into class (with the added bonus of *not* being pressuring). Since then I have learned so much.
