Let me tell y'all something...this place is a hidden gem of deliciousness. You know the show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?" This would be featured on that show. There meat was perfectly tender and smokey. The BBQ sauce was on point for bold, spicey, and sweet. The customer was absolutely fantastic. If you are ever in Ashdown or in the mood for a road trip to get some yummy food go here. *I got the 'Merica Sandwich and it was enough for 3 people. 10 out of 5 stars!
It's been a while since I had a club sandwich. But Big Gilley's sandwich is worth it.
My boyfriend and I stopped by here on our way back home. I had always seen it but never stopped. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon so the lunch crowd was gone. But there were several people still there. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service and atmosphere.
