Big G is the best pool service company in Westchester. After dealing with other companies who are rude and overpriced I was glad to have found Big G. In the spring he came and vacuumed my pool after having the coping repaired. I couldn’t find anyone else willing to do it. My pool was filled with chunks of concrete and debris. He’s the only pool service company that had the sense to use a vacuum not connected to my system. The competition wanted to vac to waste and would’ve destroyed my system. I came through in a pinch. Great service! After a painful experience with my last pool company I found Big G - I called Saturday morning and they had someone out within a few hours. Amazing service and great workmanship. I will be using Big G for all my pool needs moving forward
Big G Pool Service has been incredible to work with. I had a huge issue with the chemistry of my pool water that I just could not figure out. Big G came same day I called him and he got to work to get my pool water clean. He is responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. He turned my green pool water to crystal clear water. I’ve never had it this clear. If you’re looking for pool service, highly recommend you call Big G.
We are absolutely of The Big G pool service! Owner Guillermo is a breath of fresh air and finally believe we found the expert our home, family and pool deserve! We have a large 40' x 20' pool WIth a spa and no task is too daunting for the Big G!
