On June 15 th I had a fathers day gift ordered and paid for with a receipt and a guarantee for a Friday pick up date (even though I ordered Wed am and they advertise 24 hr turn around, but whatever) and I called at noon Friday the 17 th and was told it would "be in at 3 pm" so at 3:30 I arrive to a very rude Chris who tells me UPS hasn't come yet and "there is nothing she can do, she doesn't control UPS".
