I’ve sent out inquiries by email, over instagram and have even tried calling.. no one to talk to. The line seems to be disabled and there is no one even reading my messages via social media. I’ve given up. As a business owner, 15 stores and counting I take every single interaction seriously and strive to ensure everyone is well tended to no matter how busy I may be (being busy is a blessing). I believe this company is affiliated with big flowers studio as there appears to be some sort of affiliation. I just wanted to mention my sheer and utter disappointment with the service (or lack of). I am visiting family from out of town and was looking for a studio to rent for my son’s first birthday. Sent a request weeks ago, no answer… no answer on Instagram and no phone number to call. Was waiting and waiting for 2 weeks but clearly too busy to even answer. Really don’t recommend if you want to waste your time. Other people say they also don’t answer on other reviews and they keep giving the same response that they are a small company that started during covid… but clearly you’re doing something wrong if your in the customer service business and you can’t even answer your customers
