WOW! These guys were phenomenal. With Sam and Elliot creating and serving delicious and flavour filled canapés, and Vic working the bar the guests attending our joint 40th celebration over the weekend were well fed whilst enjoying a variety of mixers. Sam and his team Ruby and Elliot made our wedding day complete. The service was friendly, efficient and well done. Food was excellent and thoughtfully prepared with 8 canapes and 2 substantials providing plenty of delicious food for 60 guests at a late afternoon function. Big Flavours recently did the catering for the 50th wedding anniversary party of my parents earlier this month. They provided canapés, followed by a 2 course sit down meal (verde risotto with king prawn and lamb rump), salads and table ware. We (my parents, family, guests and myself) were all thoroughly impressed with the quality, taste and presentation of the food.
