Very clean, organized facility with wonderful management staff and very reasonable pricing. I have been a customer for over three years, and they've always been willing to help. It means a lot, especially when you are a single mom recovering from a painful divorce.
It was easy to rent a unit at Big Flag storage. The unit was neat and clean easy to pay great prices.
Great service, Big Flag staff has always been helpful and responsive. Love the big open spaces for turn arounds and easy parking, highly recommend.
As a current renter for several months, I have watched Big Flag evolve since the sale of the property. There have been a lot of nice additions, still great customer service & affordable rates. The turn onto Hummingbird Rd. Just got repaved also so that's nice and smooth now. Anyway, it feels great to have a solid Mom & Pop place to store my belongings and my RV. Thank you!
