Thanks heaps to Gary and Cameron! They did a fantastic job on my outboard and went out of their way to fix the little things that other boat mechys had missed in the past. Both were super knowledgeable in boats and would highly recommend 👌🏼
We had an issue with our trailer that we weren’t sure what it was when we called and asked if big 5 could please have a look to see what they thought the problem was. Coming up to Easter, they had no availability and were flat out busy. They told us to bring our boat the very next morning on half a days notice. Then knowing we had to travel from Collie (3.5 hour drive each way) when we arrived they told us to go and have a coffee and they would be in touch within the hour.
