I bought a Cybex arc trainer from Big Fitness. After researching options for buying an arc trainer, I wanted to purchase from a local company with good reviews and who could deliver directly (didn't want to deal with third-party freight delivery). Ordered a machine that was supposedly in stock. Took my money then sent me a order change status. Called three times. Can't get an update on my order. It's been over three weeks. Has not shipped. No tracking. No communication. Very disappointed. Would not do buisness with again.
Curt, dismissive with an attude of i just dont want to be here. Which mafe me feel like i dont want to be there either.... Staf definately needs interpersonel training.....
