I have had to call and talk to them in order to get a quote for my roof repair. Twice they stated they would be to my home for a quote and both times they never showed up or called to reschedule. It appears that they are not interested in doing roof repairs. Perhaps they would have come out right away if I had told them I needed a complete new roof.
