My daughter has been coming here for the last 2 years. The swimming instructors are lovely and all know her by name. They have recently completed some needed renovations to the flooring which looks great. The place isn't overcrowed as it's for gym users and swimming lessons only and is not open to the general public. Admin lady is also very helpful in regards to fees and signing up. Highly recommend.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter attended here with her school as apart of their curriculum. My daughters Step Mother attended to watch our daughter swim yesterday and what happened was awful! Our daughter was visibly struggling in the pool and unable to touch the ground and the swim teacher kept repeatability turning her back on her. Rude staff
If you love your kids, This is not the place. They keep the kids on same level for ages and rip off . Not professional .Because i questioned they called for assessment and took it on my kid. My kid came out of the pool crying and shivering in 5 minutes. These people should not be allowed to work with children. Had to call cops. Disgusting behaviour by swimming teacher on kids. Screaming and yelling at kids. The reception is very rude and make stories. No website and landline number.
