Captain Michael with Big Fin Charters was the best! My family of 5 said this charter was the best part of our week long vacation on Amelia Island. Captain Michael was so patient with our very unexperienced group. We tried out a couple spots in the jetties and he found us the perfect honey hole! Michael provided exactly what we were hoping for. We not only did we catch plenty of fish but he shared tons of knowledge with a great sense of humor. We would absolutely go again.
Highly recommend. Mike and Ty know their stuff and are very personable. Put us on some great fish in a short amount of time. Will be using them again.
My dad and I went on the sunrise trip and it was a great experience all around. The captain is knowledgeable and knows the best spots to anchor at, we were lucky to catch 3 black drummers (35-40 pounds), a red drummer (30 pounds), and several smaller fish. If you are planning a trip to Amelia Island, you need to check out this charter for some wonderful fish to bring back home!
Great offshore trip. He was great with finding the fish and making sure we were all having fun.
