This is my favorite Big Feet location. Today I didn't catch the name, but it was one of the best foot massage I ever got!
Today was my first time at Big Feet Coquitlam and it was great! Had Janet for body massage and foot reflexology treatment. I’ll definitely be back.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have to be honest about my experience. I went to Big Feet for a full body massage, hoping for something relaxing or at least therapeutic, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The massage felt like it was just one continuous elbow jab for nearly an hour. There was very little variation in pressure or technique, and I spent most of the session tensed up, with a furrowed brow, just waiting for it to be over. I’ve enjoyed visits to other Big Feet locations, but this experience was unacceptable. After being scalded with hot water and requesting lighter pressure twice, I was left with severe bruising and pain that makes it difficult to walk. As someone who usually leaves positive reviews, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.
This place is absolutely the best. The first time I had Tom and the second a lady who I didn’t get her name. But both times I left feeling so much better and more relaxed
