My experience at Big Feet Coquitlam has been extremely positive. Every time I have been met with lots of smiles at the front desk and by staff. The skills of the staff are also well trained, each time adjusting to my level of comfort and limit. Additionally, I am also a big fan of the environment, especially the quiet atmosphere and the dim lighting. The environment is also well-maintained and cleaned. In particular, the washroom, when I entered for the first time, was of note, cleaner than expected. In sum, would recommend.
I went there a few days ago for the first time to wind down and didn't expect much, but the people were both extremely experienced and patient, as well as welcoming. I quite enjoyed the environment; calming, relaxing, and neat, especially the bathroom, clean and well-designed. Highly recommended, definitely going back!
