Dean and Michael R were awesome to work with. They helped me understand options around automation and the best solution for my pool. Michael is an amazing technician - the best I’ve ever worked with. He did all the electrical work, plus set-up the automation, installed new equipment, and troubleshot some issues with my existing equipment. I highly recommend Big Family Pools if you need help with repairs or enhancements to your existing pool.
We utilized Big Family Pools based on a referral from another pool provider technician we have been with for a number of years. We had an issue with our Pentair Intellicenter & Intellichem units. Big Family Pools specializes in these units so why our regular tech referred us. They arrived in time and they resolved our issues via re-programming the system.
