This is the best pool company in the Valley, and honestly, it’s not even close. Use Dean and team for my portfolio and will continue to do so as I expand it. I highly recommend Dean and his company if you care about outstanding knowledge and service. I called on Dean to help me diagnose a persistent problem that seemed to be out of the ability or interest of my regular maintenance company.

Big Family Pools spends too long in my backyard. My last company spent a total of maybe 5-6 minutes in my backyard, these guys are there for like 15 or 20. I don’t get it. How long does it take to clean a pool? I pay more for the service, but isn’t there a limit? Are they waiting for us to offer them lunch or a drink something?
