Was recently in Scottsdale for a weekend and during our stay we had an issue with the pool, the Airbnb owner sent Big Family Pools. Dean, was there w/in 2 hours and addressed the issue promptly. His service went above and beyond because he even called me the following morning to make sure everything was still working and that we were completely satisfied.
