My wife and I have been a customer of Big E’s for 2 or 3 years. We loved the personal fun atmosphere; making friends, recognition, what’s up? How you been? Feeling wanted and important. We almost always went to the east store on Rock rd and looked forward to seeing everyone. Since the recent expansion; ie, moving next door it just feels like a box store.
