Big E Trailer Rental provided a top-notch trailer at a reasonable price. They were very flexible and gave useful instruction on all the components of the trailer. Highly recommend!

The women was rude and far from professional. The turn signal didn't work on the trailer but they inspected it the night before...? My paper plate... was a photo copy of there dealer plate. Not a temp plate. I didn't think that's legal. They told me the wrong ball size. So I had to leave and buy another one. They opened a half hour late. After we agreed that I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened. They gave me some money back towards the light being out... but it's a brand new trailer that I now have to... read more
