This place has become a cesspool! When I purchased my trailer another owner had it. Since KingCrest took over it's become a living nightmare! Your calls won't be answered. Your requests for work to be done also go unanswered. Pot holes that can swallow a small car. Trees hanging so low it will hit your SUV. Lighting on roads insufficient. They allow anyone who's been evicted, no credit score, no background checks, anyone to move in here!
