Big ed did a terrible job replacing my flat roof. They had to come back 2 times after replacement to fix leaks. Fast forward a few years later. They came out to assess the roof for damage due to water pooling and granular loss. They inspected it and said it's bad, out of level a foot and needs to be replaced.
