The car wash cracked my sunroof glass. I filed a report with the staff while on-site and was told I would receive a call back after they reviewed the cameras. I sent a follow-up email the next day. As of two days later i did not receive the promised call, i called Big Ed's Car Wash and was again told they would call me back.
