I called them and was out of water for weeks. They had 3 different people come in and look at it time delaying it further back. Then they told me to call a 3rd party leak detection company. They missed an appointment for an estimate delaying it for another weekend. Then they came out with an outrageous quote. I shopped around and they quoted me for 1,000s more than anyone local. I used Big Easy to fix a shower that had poor water pressure and did not get as hot as others. The tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and got the part needed to repair (cartridge). Since the tech was here, I asked him to look at a water stain I had a on ceiling. I assumed it was just a leaky tub cartridge. When the tech noticed the cartridge did not seem to be leaking, he spent the time to find the problem. A small hole in the supply line under the faucet was dripping.
