Utter garbage. Shouldve been called big easy sorries. Took them a week to never call me. For everytime i called them to check up on a simple throttle cable replacement they would simply jerk me off and tell me it "should" be ready in a few days. This happened a few times till i was informed they were waiting for the cable to be delivered for which the mechanic had no time frame. How do you not know what time you are expecting a delivery? 2 years ago I gave this business my scooter to sell on consignment as I was moving overseas. They sold the bike but when they finally mailed me the check I could not deposit it due to insufficient funds. My numerous emails to this business have been ignored. I still have all the paperwork, but since they refuse to honor the consignment agreement there is little I can do from overseas except raise a stink. Upon my return to the US next summer I do plan on bringing them to small claims.
Very professional!! Scooters were new and in excellent conditions. Would highly recommend them if your looking for scooters to cruise around New Orleans. My wife and I had a BLAST!! Its the best way to get around the French Quarter area and see all the great houses on St. Charles St.
Worst place to do business. After spending $150 plus I still have a scooter that doesn't run. For my wife's scooter they charged me $300 plus, had it for over a month and when I went to pick it up it wouldn't start. On top of all that I had to keep calling just to find out what was going on because neither the manager nor the owner would call me back to tell me what was going on. Do yourself a favor, NEVER go to this place. Thanks Paul for ripping me off.
