Got dirt pretty quick no issues
Bought four yards of what was supposed to be compost. When delivered, the bags were placed in front of garage blocking the car in. Called Big Earth and talked with the owner who was extremely rude and yelled at me when I asked him to have someone come out and move the ton of dirt in my driveway! Very unprofessional. Worst part was that the composted soil was prepared improperly and now after three months of pulling and treating the composted area several times for the weeds that grew, I have a spurge infestation along with o... read more
Terrible customer service
I had a great experience with this location! Faith, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she really took the time to help me pick out exactly what I needed. The guys in the yard were also fantastic and very helpful with loading everything up. Great customer service from start to finish!
