I had a great experience with this location! Faith, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable—she really took the time to help me pick out exactly what I needed. The guys in the yard were also fantastic and very helpful with loading everything up. Great customer service from start to finish!

I recently had an excellent experience with Big Earth. Their customer service is truly remarkable; the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to assist me. The manager, in particular, was incredibly helpful, offering valuable advice that made my selection process much easier. Additionally, their delivery service was efficient and timely, ensuring that my materials arrived exactly when I needed them. I highly recommend this company.

I've been going to this location for almost a year now. In the beginning I didn't much care for going to this store because of the management being very unprofessional but it was conveniently close to the job I was working. Faith was working the front desk at that time along with another gentleman. They were both very helpful and professional. I went in today and found out that Faith had taken over management. She truly has changed my mind about shopping at this location. The guys in the yard were very kind and helpful.

I rented a truck and bought 2 Cubic yards of premium compost to fill 6 raised garden beds- Nothing grew - It was weird- the starts i bought from farm and garden didn’t die- but they sure did not grow- horrible results. Planted the same starts in a different bed with different soil and they grew like normal. I’ll say this the Service was great at the store- but horrible results- waste of over $500 and tons of growing time this season-very disappointing.
