After a 3 hour drive from Westchester my car overheated so I took it to Big e Tire in Vestal to get it checked out. John and Jeff were amazing and helped me get my car in good enough condition to make the drive home. John was even kind enough to drop me and pick me up from a nearby diner while I waited for the work to be finished. Their customer service was exceptional and I appreciate all their efforts!

We had NYS inspections and oil changes on both of our vehicles. We were in and out ahead of schedule. Great customer service!
I dont normally write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. Today, my hubby called looking for a place i could stop at on the way home to check my tire, as it was leaking. Big E's not only fit me in, but patched my tire free of charge. Now I know from sitting there waiting, that they were quite busy. I appreciate their kind and efficient service. Ill be back for any tire and service needs. Thank you!
