Called AAA for a tow and they sent them! Arrived quicker than the time that AAA provided!
Super helpful and very nice. Needed a tow this morning and called AAA it was an hour wait. But only 25 minutes later they showed up and it was Big D’s. Super friendly and helpful. Great service!!! Thank you!
If you ever need a tow, call Big D’s! He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He took good care of my car and towed me and my car back to Cortland! It was very upsetting for me to be stranded, but I felt much better when he arrived, we talked the entire way home. I would give him more stars if they were available. This man is a professional through and through.
These guys are so awesome, they help you without hesitation. As I lost control of my car they helped me get out of the snow. Thank you for your service and they are recommended.
I was severely stuck on a seasonal back road, ( Kellogg), last Saturday. I had no idea conditions had gone from snow to ice. Halfway down it, I bottomed out and was hung up on the crest of a curve. I was going NOWHERE fast. Mr. Dave came to the rescue despite the roads status. It was not easy for even a large wrecker to use this road, but he did the impossible; he showed up!
