My husband scheduled an apt 3 weeks ago, went in today and the owner was tattooing someone. Told my husband he won’t do his today. He took work off and everything. Luckily someone else at the shop offered to do his tattoo. Thought that was really crappy of the owner. His excuse was he needed to be gone by a certain time because he had reservations somewhere. We will never go back or recommend to anyone with that kind of service.
