Review #1. i360 bought a storage unit business in Shippensburg, PA, across from the fairgrounds. The former owner allowed a charity to distribute stuff to needy families out of a few units for cheap rent per month. i360 bought the place and instantly jumped the rent up so high, the charity had to be disbanded.
