My husband got a storage unit from them on February 3rd and canceled the agreement on the 4th and was told they will refund him his money back just not the credit card fee. I understand when you sign agreement you don't get nothing back but they said they will I have it recorded on my phone and text messages but the owner doesn't live up to word but hide...A shaded kind of business that is all about money and lies..
They added a fence for security after some break ins and in doing so doubled the price of our unit. Looking at other options.
This storage is an ok place to rent, mainly because you can rent a unit from online with no problem. The remote manager Angie is the best person this company has, the other people i have had to deal with in customer service,well let's say I would fire them in a heartbeat. They have lied to me numerous times and caused me lots of problems due to them not doing there jobs. I have 3 units there and lately have been having issues with one unit that the customer service can't seem to fix. So I am moving out of that one unit and c... read more
