They were helpful with access to spaces so I could determine the size needed. It was very easy with online booking and easy access to facility.
I have used Big Dog storage facility multiple times. Always, they have been accommodating and helpful. I left the area but all my things are safely tucked away and watched by them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing storage. They are the best. I have always been assisted and never have they been unkind in anyway. I've always felt like they do their best to help me and be understanding and just wonderful people
I have rented from only big dog storage scince I have been living here I wouldn't rent from anyone else but them they are great service for me thank you big dog storage
Have loved this storage since I first got it, every time I had a issue which was my fault they worked with me and were very patient. Staff has always been pleasant, and when I upgraded to a bigger unit they found me one that was close by to my older unit making it a very easy move for me. Thank you staff at Bug Dog.
