Reached out so many times and they would maybe call back. Never did do the repairs, but ordered the part, and then dropped it off rudely saying 'he does not have room to store the part," which is fine except he never returned a call or came to do the repair. Follow through, customer service horrible. Do not use them.
After waiting for two days with no response from another mobile RV repair I call John with Big Dog. I explained the issue and he said he would stop by to see what could be done. He immediately saw the issue and set to work. I clearly understood what was wrong and why he was doing what he was to fix it. Very nice guy. Was happy to explain and chat. Very knowledgeable and fair prices.
Our carbon monoxide detector started going off after dislodging our generator’s exhaust pipe when we hit a big stump. We had just bought the RV, were on our first big trip with it with our newborn son and our dogs and really needed to be able to run the generator to keep the back cooled off. John was able to meet us the same day we called him and help us as we were passing through town. I needed some urgent last minute help as I was driving through town after hitting a large rock that dislodged my grey water release valve. The owner John was super friendly and told me to come on by. When I got there, his apprentice Gage greeted us and immediately understood the problem and the solution I was proposing for a temporary fix. They consulted by phone and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. They both couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! If you need help going through Missoula, they are your guys!
