What a terrible experience I had with Big Dog Movers. They broke a heirloom, stoked blankets, stoled over $2000 of Paul Mitchell hair products, brand new Clinque products, personal wipes, etc. They but boxes anywhere. The boxes were labeled and my dishes and a brand new microwave were put in the unattached garage. It was a mess. I will never hire them again. I asked to file an insurance claim through their insurance they refused to let me do that. They said their guys never steal anything.. so untrue.! I had missing frozen i... read more

Update 9/24/2025 As a returning customer, I can say with absolute confidence that Big Dog is the best moving company in the Madison area, bar none. After doing my due diligence and getting quotes from several other companies, I was frankly disappointed by the lack of integrity and customer service I encountered. Big Dog was a breath of fresh air! They didn't just beat the other quotes; they blew them out of the water with unbeatable pricing.
