We had a major failure with our septic called them but they were already booked for the day so made appt for next day. That night I ended up in the hospital. I called the next morning and explained to the lady what happened and gave her another # to call. Not only did the gentleman work us in early so my husband could get back to the hospital but was courteous enoigh to ask how I was doing. We will diffently be calling them again.
